Raised bumps: it maybe a bug bite or a reaction to sun tan lotion. Either way if the bumps itch use some topical or oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine). You can use some topical over the counter cortisone 1% and use it for 4 to 7 days. If it does not resolve see your primary care doctor or your local dermatologist. Good luck and feel better!
