Won't help pimples: Hydrocortisone will help with itchy skin and some rashes, but is not recommended for acne pimples. Salicylic acid wipes or washes should be safe, and would be more effective for acne.

No it is not: No you do not use Hydrocortisone 1% cream for your pimples, as it will make it worse.Consult your doctor or dermatologist about your pimples(acne) acne is usually treated with benzyl peroxide washes, retin a (tretinoin) cream with/without topical antibiotics. Consult your doctor or dermatologist.
