Very well, but: It's highly accurate if you happen to have the rhythm disturbance that is troubling you while you're wearing the monitor. The problem comes when you wear it for a specified time and then have symptoms after it comes off. (ever take your car in for a squeak and then it won't do it?) the monitor will catch any rhythm disturbance and if you mark it by pressing a button, special attention will be paid.
