Depends: I would need much more detailed information. Why do you have the ileostomy? Is your colon still present? Is there a rectal stump? Is it an end or loop ileostomy? Rectal discharge of colored mucous can be normal depending on your current anatomy, ; if a diseased rectum is in place there may be more anal discharge.
