Yes: Undiagnosed cervical cancer usually leads to death. And if the cervix is full of cancer likely there is no way to get pregnant or very difficult. But that is not the same as pre-cancer which is almost always what we talk about with papsmears. That is not related to fertility.

Cervical cancer: Yes. This is usually related to secondary mechanical issues.
