Uncertain: Possibly some blood from the cervix. Not enough to suggest early menses, ( but possible), wait and see what develops.

Not to worry: Of course it could lots if things - irritation of the cervix, infection, implantation bleeding if you missed pills. But the most common reason would be a thin lining or lower hormones levels, even on the pill, causing spotting. It may never happen again.

See below: It could be implantation bleeding. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully. Wish you the best.
