Sometimes my private gets wet when im doin regular things and when i go to the bathroom my underwear be wet...why is this?

Leak when sneezing?: Are you pregnant? Have you had babies? How many and what weights? What is your weight? These are things a doctor would want to know. If not pregnant, leakage of drops of urine or vaginal discharge can make the underwear wet. If pregnant, those reasons plus leakage of fluid from the bag of water could do so. An evaluation by an obgyn would be the first step in sorting out causes and helping.
