It could: First let us define what partial rupture means: less than one third of the tendon wedth. Partial tendon laceration could heel on his own. Her the two senario.1- you know the tendon is partially lacerated and you precaution to let heel by it self. 2- you do not know is partially rupture and you my not take the precaution needed to heal it , in this situation it may rupture completely.Thank you.
