Go to a clinic: Or go to an er where they will have to see you whether or not you have the money to pay immediately at hand. This needs to be successfully evaluated, diagnosed and treated before it becomes worse or potentially life-threatening. Best wishes.

Sinus pressure: That would depend are you having any nasal discharge or evidence of infections? Have you had any sinus infections in the past? It could very well be a sinus infection causing the disequilibrium. Are you having any loss of smell?
