No tricks here.: Take it hour by hour for the first 2-4 weeks. Congratulate yourself after each successful hour. Then move to day by day with same congratulations. Be strong, stay motivated and don't be afraid of setbacks...Just keep going. Everyone you don't smoke is a good one. Spoken from personal experience. You'll make it!
