Irregular menses: Delays in onset or missing menstrual periods can be due to anything that disturbs your hormonal balance, including underlying infections, including sinusitis or other uris. Without having had sex this is probably not due to the most common cause, which is pregnancy, but your definition of sex is important. Remember president clinton? At age 18 probably not, but ask around.
