See doctor: Lots of red flags here, and depending on how frequently you have nose bleeds, check for causes (dry air, not enough hydration, etc. And make sure to treat the cause), and dizziness with blurred vision isn't normal, and needs to be checked out as it could be from several reasons. So, start with your pcp, and have him/her do a complete exam, so you can start feeling better again.
