See doctor: It could've been the position your head was in when they removed the right sided lymphoid tissue. Also with your history of throat cancer, you have to be closely watched by your doctor. So, if you're in severe pain, it's best to call your pcp, and let her/him know what you're experiencing. So they can prescribe something for relief, and also document this in your chart.
