Depends: Depending on your heart rate, the labetolol dose could be increased. Alternatively, hydrochlorothiazide could be added, but only under the supervision of your ob.

Talk to your PCP: High BP in pregnancy can be very dangerous and should be monitored closely. There are additional options for BP control, but your OB or midwife should definitely be aware and involved in the management. Please discuss it with your pcp.
