Yes: Risperidal (risperidone) can augment antidepressants, can't say which would help better without knowing the antidepressant.

It can help for mood: Risperdal can help for stabilization of manic or mixed episodes like abilify; however, it doesn't help that much for anxiety. You would need tx w/ something more in the realm of ssris, snris, Buspar (buspirone) for generalized anxiety d/o and occas bzds for severe anxiety in the form of panic attacks.
