Many side effects: Both of these drugs have many possible serious side effects with tachycardia being among them. Psychiatrists prescribe these drugs for what they diagnose as schizophrenia & bipolar disorder. There are no biological markers to confirm these diagnoses & the side effects of these drugs are potentially so serious that I recommend "Natural Mental Health Mental Health" prevention & treatment instead.

Anxiety: I don't prescribe atypical antipsychotics for anxiety because of the possible side effect profile. Tachycardia & palpitations can be side effects.
