This would be a : Really good question to ask your therapist. See you are in cognitive behavioral therapy and that you have bulimia. A person with an eating disorder may be unhappy with their body and overall may not be feeling happy. It is important to find out if you do have a clinical depression. Please open up a dialogue with your therapist and ask this question. Take care.

I agree w' Dr Fowler: It does not sound like normal ups and downs that everyone goes through. Dysthymia or depression need to be ruled out in addition to the issues related to low selfesteem and poor body image. Talk to your therapist.
