My son had a skin biopsy (7 yrs) .n the report says perivascular lymphoctic infiltrate with extravasated rbc.. i need to know what does it mean.

Possibly viral: Many reactions to viruses have histology (microscopic appearance) with this description. Would need to see the entire report and slide to be sure.

This is descriptive without a specific diagnosis, meaning it may be non-specific findings. These findings can be seen in many inflammatory diseases, or even to some degree in normal skin. Would depend on the clinical picture.
