Won't reach brain: Via massage, but if you take good quality marine fish oil orally it will reach the brain. Studies suggest benefits for mood, brain, eyes, joints, and lipids. Make sure 50% or more of total mgs of capsule is in epa ; dha. The label will tell you. Peace and good health.
