Eat fish: There have never been any documented cases of mercury poisoning from fish consumption. The healthiest people in the world eat fish. I think the only people who benefit from discusing mercury in fish is the beef council. You can go to the epa website where they list fish that are low in mercury.

Actually there are numerous documented cases of mercury poisoning due to fish. See http://www.stonybrook.edu/commcms/gelfond/physicians/cases.html and http://www.mercurypoisoningnews.com/elevated.html. However, many fish have minimal levels of mercury, such as wild salmon. One can also take fish oil capsules that have undergone molecular distillation to remove all mercury.

Yes, many: They tend to have little effect or a slight increase on the bad cholesterol (ldl), they increase your good cholesterol (HDL) by about 9% and their main effect is to lower your triglycerides which they do around 45%.

Omega 3: The best place to get your nutrients is from regular food, not supplements (there are exceptions for individual people). Omega 3 fats are found in general in ocean fish, walnuts, flaxseed oil, canola oil and spinach.

I : I am not aware of this as an effective treatment to enhance the rear end. Generally you would need to start trying to build the gluteal muscle (the largest muscle in the body) with exercise. It can respond quickly to focused activity. Or consider consulting a plastic surgeon to discuss surgical options. Best of luck to you. www.natureredefined.

Will rubbing omega 3 fish oil on your butt make it bigger? If not, is there any way you can make your butt bigger?

Fish oil: If you do that, you might slip off the toilet seat and bang your butt on the floor. If you form a large bruise on your butt it will make it bigger. Other than that, not much chance.
