Probably not: There are many claims on the advertisements for omega-3 fatty acids, and for supplements that contain them. Until there is some research from multiple scientists showing that the supplement helps in your particular condition, just presume that the claims are merely guesses or possibilities... So most likely, the supplements won't cause any noticeable benefit when taken orally.
