Need to assess: Would not avoid MRI brain, as this is part of evaluation of her confusion. A lumbar puncture might be an additional intervention. Tuberculosis could cause brain issues, such as a tuberculoma, or chronic meningitis. The answer may be medication adverse effects. The leukemia could be playing an underlying role also.
