It can if it's: Pulsatile. If it's beating that hard on your forehead and eyes that you feel it, then you need to take your bp, and call your doctor for advice as to what to do. They need to assess the frequency, length of time this has been going on, and what makes it better /worse based on history, to give you a diagnosis and treatment plan.
