Tongue issues: There is no treatment for geographic or white tongue. The appearance of the tongue changes a lot and sometimes may reflect what's going on anywhere else in the body. If your inflammation is active, this may be reflective of your tongue, so treating your problem may help the appearance of your time, but that's not guarantee. The red bumps in the back are most likely taste buds. If in doubt, see doc.
