Need more info: This is not a site in which to attempt to establish a diagnosis, but would suggest that if you have had two abdominal surgeries in less than one year that your doctor should be looking assiduously for an intra-abdominal source of the pain, and a renal scan covers only the kidney. You might want to discuss this with them and if not satisfied consider getting a second opinion. Best wishes.
