See gynecologist: I will advise you to see gyne and discuss further with your md. She/he will be able to tell you whether the cysts look suspicious and warrant certain procedure or just monitoring. In young age like yourself- it is very common to see cyst in the ovary- but again, it depends on the size, appearance, how long they have been there, any growing /change etc. Go to gyne and f/u /repeat it in few months.
