Not likely: But you should take one in the am and one in pm for best absorption. A b-complex could cause insomnia. Talk to a doc, i had chronic insomnia, and it was related to my mthfr genotype. I wasn't making enough of my own melatonin. Can also be caused by sleep apnea, noise, light. I like using a "rain machine" to hide any extra noise and light blocking curtains! there are great meds out there now!
