I do not know: You need a physical exam and evaluation. Anal fissures can occur with constipation, that may cause cracks in the skin. Moisture or leakage of stool, or not wiping fully, can all lead to anal itching and burning over time. Get an eval to get the diagnosis, so treatment can occur. Best wishes.
