I have burning and itching in my rectal area but it is not hemroids. i have scleroderma and was told the disease has changed the skin in my anus?

Second opinion: I would get an opinion from a proctologist. Scleroderma affects the skin greatly but certain types of skin like the anus and the areola (dark part around the nipples) are usually not affected. I would be checked for pinworm infection.
