No: The upper boundary of normal is normal. Since you have blood to spare, please consider volunteer blood donation.

No cause for concern: Your blood counts are within normal limits. If you are monitoring these for a specific reason, continue to monitor them. Even at the high end of the normal range, your results are still normal.
