Confusing question: For what purpose ? If a kid needs vaccinations, most go in the muscle, so no surface active numbing agent will stop deep pain.It is also not worth general anesthesia for shots. For dental work, a mild general anesthesia is often used in a special setting when a kid needs the work but would not sit for a procedure.
