Help! need to know if there's any medical way to reduce size of, or make more agile, the tongue if i cannot say r's correctly?

Speech pathologist: If you are experiencing problems pronouncing different syllables and words, evaluation by a speech pathologist may be recommended before undergoing a surgical procedure on the tongue. The position of the teeth also can limit movement of the tongue in enunciation so a dental evaluation of your occlusion would also be recommended.
