H2O2 ?: All safe and effective methods of whitening teeth use some form of hydrogen peroxide. Other ways to whiten teeth include tooth colored bonded composites, veneers and crowns. First get a professional cleaning and then discuss your options with your dentist.

Yes: Whitening products designed specifically for whitening the teeth will do the trick. Hydrogen peroxide doesn't actually whiten your teeth. It may take care of some superficial stains, but it is not strong enough and is not in contact with your teeth long enough to be effective on internal stains.
