I'm skeptical: I'm glad you're health-conscious. Despite the enormous promotion for three decades, the studies are contradictory and real evidence that these oils have any benefit to the heart is slim. The last three big studies were terrible disappointments. They're no substitute for eating sensibly, avoid smoking and unhealthy excesses, and intense aerobic fitness.
