That's your business: This is one of the cruelest and cynical of all the cancer frauds. "Street" laetrile / amygdalin can be anything, but these people generally shy away from anything that might actually make you sick. These people prey on desperation and sheer terror, talking sweet and taking money for what most of them must know is worthless. Don't keep rewarding them.
