Possibly: Your pink eye will not affect the means or strenuousness of the exercise. Bear in mind that pink eye is due to a contagious virus so if you are doing this at a gym, you run the risk of spreading the virus which is gotten by contact. You might consider staying home until it clears - afterall you got if from someone else who ignored the possibility of spreading it.

Contact precautions: Exercising while experiencing pink eye poses no health risk to you or your eyes. You should however consider yourself highly contagious. Sweat that drips into your eyes, your work out towel, and your hands are all potential sources of contaminating equipment that others may come into contact with.
