A member asked:

Please advise if it's normal for diabetics to have unexplained sugar highs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

High blood sugar: High blood sugar can be resolved if 1: You check your sugar before breakfast and before lunch. 2. Document what food you took at breakfast and before lunch. 3: Those values should be within 50 of each other. Once you understand that you should make changes to your medicine and/or your food intake such that pre-breakfast and pre-lunch blood sugars are not far from each other.
