Best pain med: There is no such thing as the best pain medication. The best pain medication is the one prescribed that works based on an evaluation based on history and appropriate exam.

Hard to say: The best medicine is no medicine. However if you need a pain medication, you need to be seen and evaluated properly by your doctor or pain management specialist.
