Tylenol, (acetaminophen) : Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Ibuprofen are over the counter. Only the rare patient needs something like Dilaudid as an outpatient. Fentanyl is another highly addictive, but very potent drug that can be used, as is Methadone or long acting morphine.
