Probably: The real question is, why are you taking the Dilaudid and lorazepam? Every body has different ability to digest drugs, and a week of detox isn't likely to change that a great deal. However, if you must take opiates, then drug holidays can rejuvenate their effectiveness. On the other hand, stopping lorazepam, after taking it regularly can be very dangerous and even cause seizures.

Go to ER: I'm not sure why you take dilaudid. In any situation, taking 48mg Dilaudid is extremely dangerous, especially when you mix it with lorazepam. Please go to your doctor or drug rehab center immediately.
