In moderation : 1-2 cups of black coffee is fine during dieting. Sugar and milk or creamer should be avoided because the add calories.. Aspartame (Nutrasweet) should also be avoided because it causes sweet cravings. 1 pack per cup of Sucralose (Splenda) or Stevia (truvia) is ok.
