Sure: There's no science to this particular fad. I suspect that whoever made up this mix of lemonade, maple syrup and pepper did it as a cruel prank. It won't remove toxins -- your body handles these itself. You'll lose weight only because it's so nasty. Why not get serious about exercise and fitness? This will actually make you feel good, keep you healthy and lean, and you might meet good friends.
