I was wondering is add just adhd without hyperactivity? how do they differ?

H - Hyperactivity: They are ~ same/treatments are the same. "ADD" means to me a patient is more quiet/distracted but ADHD means they are restless/fidgety/'squirrely' It is descriptive but the conditions are ~ same.
