I think boxing can: Be a great way to get exercise & de-stress. However, if you have trouble with aggression - a speed bag or a body bag may be good to punch against.

exercise is good: However, boxing - even with headgear is associated with frontal head trauma. Not exactly the place where you ought to be getting hit if you have adhd as it is a frontal lobe condition. If you can box without sparring, it would be a better choice.
