Podiatry Evaluation.: Rest the toe. Elevate the toe (i.e. Prop up on pillow), ice the toe. Try nsaid's or tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain.

First Aid: First aid icing and anti-inflammatory might help, most probably a bruise. If pain persist have xray done to r/o fracture. Tape the toe to next toe to immobilize to minimize pain.

Any bruise : If it's normal color time will heal It. If there is pain when walking and bruise you need xray
