Get it checked: Could decay. Could stain. The only way to know is to, see a dentist and get checked. Decay will continue to get worse over time so do. To wait. See a dentist asap.

Black lines?: They may or may not be. They would have to be actually seen both on clinical exam and have x-rays at hand in order to determine whether or not they are actually cavities or stained grooves.

Can't be sure: You will need an exam to be sure but the lines you describe could just be stain in the grooves that exist on the chewing surfaces of your back teeth. Get them evaluated to really know the answer, though...
