Get eye exam ASAP: There are many causes for blurred vision, and the only way to know the cause is to get an eye exam, preferably by an ophthalmologist. Even if the blurring has resolved, i would still get check to be sure everything is ok. If both eyes are blurred, the cause may not even be an eye problem directly, but could be a condition such as diabetes.
