Evaluate soon: New onset headaches in an adult should be evaluated. If it is a severe debilitating headache with neck stiffness and light sensitivity you should go to the emergency room. This could be a ruptured aneurysm, a stroke, or meningitis. If it is a more constant persistent headache you need to have it evaluated to make certain it is not sinus disease or a brain tumor (these headaches are worse in am).
