Very accurate: Ct scan of the abdomen in adults is very sensitive method to identify pancreatic abnormalities.

Used for location,,: Ct scans are likely good to detect the location and stage of a tumor. A better chance for diagnosis would be with a tumor marker study, like ca 19-9. Liver function test also help. Looking at your age, and symptoms, it's likely you've another reason for them, as this is very rare before age 40, so see your doctor for some of these tests and the results of the ones you've had.
