Impossible to say...: ...Since you haven't given us a lot of specifics, but you sound concerned ; that alone justifies a good examination with appropriate testing. Get checked for reassurance and/or treatment.

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong. One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests. Ovarian cysts, gastric ulcers, appendicitis, gall bladder disorders, pancreatitis, colon infections, or bladder infections are just one of many different causes abdominal pain and nausea.
